From what I can see, this is an SDL::Perl problem, but the only time I notice it is with Frozen Bubble.

When not running fullscreen, clicking the X on the window should close the application.

I now have dozens of users trained to "keep pressing ESC until it disappears" but it's annoying to have to keep training the new ones.

This patch fixes the problem with Frozen Bubble not exiting when the window close button is clicked.

Problem and patch apply to frozen-bubble 1.0.0-r6

use 2.1.0.  We're not patching the 1.0 series for this.
