Passwords are saved and visible in the preferences but are not filled in on web page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1 $ firefox -CreateProfile test
2 $ firefox -P test
3 Visit a web page with a login (http://forums.gentoo.org/)
4 log in, and chose to remember password when prompted
5 log out
6 revisit log in page

Actual Results:
Empty input fields

Expected Results:
input fields complete with password love

It's intended because of a security bug.
