Use case:
I'm building an environment which provides a dns service using 'named'. The same environment is used to build an initrd image which provides dns using dnsmasq. 
Only named is active (rc-update add named default).
The error is therefore not applicable and breaks depscan for named.

To reproduce:
1. emerge dnsmasq named 
2. depscan.sh
 *  Service 'dnsmasq' already provided by 'dns'!;
 *  Not adding service 'named'...
