Make this bug depend on packages in the stable tree that worked on 2.6.18 but
do not work on 2.6.19. Do not close dependent bugs until the fix is in the stable tree.

I'm now going to start enforcing that fixes go into the stable tree as 2.6.19 seems like a good kernel and we'll aim for it to go stable in the next few weeks.

Please don't close bugs until the fix is in the stable tree!
