This page (see URL) should probably mention ESVN_OPTIONS, as that's a good place to put e.g., "-r 1234" for a frozen SVN ebuild.  It might even be worth adding that as an example.

Apologies if this isn't part of the Developers Howto.

Added in a short description, and I used your example since its the most common usage of the variable.
