Emerging camorama-0.18 on an amd64 system with gtk+ 2.8.19 does not cause Portage to try and upgrade gtk+, but camorama dies during configure with the following error:

checking for PACKAGE... configure: error: Package requirements (gdk-pixbuf-2.0 gdk-pixbuf-xlib-2.0 libgnomeui-2.0 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.10 gconf-2.0 libglade-2.0) were not met:

Requested 'gtk+-2.0 >= 2.10' but version of GTK+ is 2.8.19
