During the emergence of some packages, various messages whiz by, some with 
green stars, some with yellow stars. It would be good if there was a summary 
of these messages availablew at the end of the emerge as some of them contain 
hints and actions required to get things going.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Emerge something complicated with lots of dependencies that need conguring in 
there own right.
Try:
emerge samba xorg-x11 nvidia mythtv mythvideo mythmusic
Actual Results:  
Package doesn't always work

Expected Results:  
Bliss (or at least an indication as to where to start investigating)
