unixOBDC is required by php with obdc useflag. After gnome-libs was masked, emerge world -uv errors with unixOBDC depends on gnome-libs which is masked.

unixOBDC depends on gnome-libs if the gnome useflag is enabled. The workaround is to disable gnome support in unixOBDC.
