The ebuild fails on xpcom.h not finding nsEmbedAPI.h .

Reopen with some compile output, ebuilds version and emerge --info. Thanks.

eclipse-sdk-3.2.1-r1 has seamonkey as a dependency, but fails to find the libraries.  There is a helper function setup-mozilla-opts that is supposed to set GECKO-SDK, but fails with nsEmbedAPI.h, located in /usr/lib/seamonkey/include/embed_base/nsEmbedAPI.h .  gecko-sdk has nsEmbedAPI.h in both /usr/lib/gecko-sdk/include/ and /usr/lib/gecko-sdk/embed_base/ .
