digester-rss was a part of commons-digester
in the later versions it was moved to the examples folder, but some application use it, including eclipse

it's available in to the java overlay

This ebuild request has been reported in 2006 (!). Do we still want it added to the tree ? If someone does, please comment. Otherwise I will close this bug.
