Bug 155037 – dev-util/ddd-3.3.11 hangs eating cpu time

If I start ddd it just hangs forever (the same happens if started on a binary) and uses 100% of CPU time. 

It's quite an odd "hanging" since I can still move and select menu options (apart from File/Open and File/Run. Quitting ddd pops up a message that gdb is still busy. 

Running just gdb on the other hand works just fine.

revdep-rebuild doesn't show up any package at all.
