All gnome apps stop launching, demanding for libdbus-glib library. Had to drop back to dbus-0.62-r1 (dont know what's the situation with 0.95

I have a suggestion - don't use p.masked packages if you have no clue. You have to rebuild _everything_ that links against dbus after upgrading to 1.0 and lots of applications are not ready yet (see Bug 154521 for info on porting)
