You just have to change SRC_URI to the above:

SRC_URI="http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/qemu-0.8.2.tar.gz"

Please, don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just leave the checkboxes alone.

It's not supposed to do anything. It's a metabuild to install qemu-{softmmu,user}.
