The ebuild for kde-misc/ksplash-engine-moodin-0.4.2 (the only version currently in portage) misses a build-time dependency on kde-base/ksplashml. It does not build without, because of missing headers. Please correct the ebuild.

Hi,
I have kde-misc/ksplash-engine-moodin-0.4.2 emerged long long time ago, and I still don't have kde-base/ksplashml. Now, ksplashml is blocking kdebase ebuild and kdebase is blocking ksplashml. So I think, that ksplash-engine-moodin should depend on ksplashml OR on kdebase, not only on ksplashml
