BSD has no stime() function
rdate uses the stime() function to store the time

We need to fix this for ipv6 support too. Not sure why it's not working though, compiles fine, just segfaults

rdate doesn't work with a pool server either.  If I enter a stratum one time server rdate will sync but I have tried the pool servers to no effect.  Possibly the ntp protocol has changed some since rdate has been last updated?  I notice it's freshmeat page doesn't exist anymore.
