Somebody removed package 'dev-java/swing-layout' from overlay 'java-migration-packages'. As a result, e.g. emerge =netbeans-5.5 will fail

The log comment says 'added ...', but the actual action was delete:

Well that just means they were added to portage proper. emerge --sync and you should have them.
