"Xelerance releases xl2tpd-1.1.05

This release includes IPsec SA reference tracking for openswan's
new KLIPS code that can handle these references. It also fixes
the "tunnel closing" problems people were seeing with certain L2TP
clients, mostly Microsoft's.

We changed the versioning to be consistent with our other products,
hence the jump from "1.04" to 1.1.05".

* Changed versioning scheme to match Xelerance standards
* IPsec SA reference tracking added (used with Openswan's IPsec transport mode)
  This adds support for multiple clients behind the same NAT router, and
  multiple clients on the same internal IP behind different NAT routers.
* Fix for Windows clients that send the wrong tunnel ID for closing tunnels
* Minor logging fixes

I've removed CHANGELOG, BUGS and TODO because they're reffering to the old l2tpd package.
