net-misc/oidentd doesn't work correctly if ran by nobody:nobody (which is a default setup) and security.bsd.see_other_uids=0 is set. Ebuild should warn user that it will not work correctly if such sysctl is enabled. This probably also applies to linux if a similiar sysctl is set.
