sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.23-r3 is stable for HPPA.

<sys-kernel/hppa-sources-2.6.20 has been removed from the tree and greater versions have been masked pending removal (see bug #202391). Please use sys-kernel/gentoo-sources instead. :)
