Upstream is alive, but apparently nobody wants to maintain the package in the tree.

The desktop-wm herd is understaffed and I think it would be good to cut down on the number of packages the herd has to maintain. Therefore, as a member of the herd, I would like this package to be removed unless anyone steps up to maintain it.
