Bug 153040 – emerge is confused when wget gives up

Hi.
I was emerging sys-devel/gcc. Due to heavy traffic from azureus, fetching broke
several times. When wget gave up trying, emerge called it again, but then
wget instead of resuming, it appended a ".1" in the filename, resulting infinite
attempts of emerge to fetch a correct file "gcc-4.1.1.tar.bz2".

The workaround was to move (overwrite) the correctly downloaded
"gcc-4.1.1.tar.bz2.1" to "gcc-4.1.1.tar.bz2".

BTW, I couldn't figure out how to attach a text file with the "screen"shot
of the whole proceedure. I can email it if needed.
