rpm-4.4.6-r2 fails after configure stage with the following error:
configure: error: --> rpm API docs needs doxygen in PATH

appears to be invalid as ebuild has         doc? ( app-doc/doxygen )" which is later enabled or disable via doc use flag with $(use_with doc apidocs).
