IMHO all recent artsc problems are due to the line dependency_libs=' -lm -L/usr/kde/3/lib -ldl -lartsc -lpthread -L/usr/lib -lesd -laudiofile -lm -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11 -lXext -lvga -ldl' in /usr/lib/libSDL.la For me remerging libsdl helped as it changed '/usr/kde/3/lib' to /usr/kde/3.1/lib' which is correct for my system. I'll try that suggestion. It's pretty weird tho, if this application wants to use libartsc then shouldn't it just use artsc-config to get the available libs and their location? After remerging libsdl it still didn't work. Then I remerged libdv and that fixed my problem (which had to do with mjpegtools not compiling due to same 'couldn't find libartsc'-error). Thanx for putting me on the right track;-) |
