Can't see it on upstream bz. I'll file there. Who maintains valgrind; is it a Red Hat project?

Oh, 2.5 support is in svn. 

Hm - I think we want commits 6210 and 6239.

They're on the svn.  Sorry, don't have time to put the patch up now; it's in my svn though if you want to look for it.
