Ok guys, sorry for inconvenience. I really don't know why this all happened, but like a 5 minutes ago, i've re-emerged gentoo-sources, and tried it again...emerge -v l7-filter, and it runs well... By the time, i've created patch for that e-build, because it fails to recognize files which are not in kernel source tree(and thus copy them to work dir). Next epatch fails, because it doesn't have them (missing files) in it's work directory (/var/tmp/portage/...). I don't know where these file went, but they are there now.
