some bcm NetXtrem don't work correctly with tg3 module from kernel.org. It is necesary to use newest tg3 driver from broadcom company.

Why is this bug assigned to hardened@ ?

(1) hardened doesn't care (directly) about non-working standard kernel stuff (while kernel@ does)

(2) current policy is to get stuff fixed in mainline rather than adding external modules to the portage tree

So please clarify and reopen this bug.
