I will be attaching ebuild and digest for gif2png 2.4.6.  I did not find any
existing ebuilds for gif2png, excuse me if I'm mistaken.  I put them into
media-gfx, of course your discretion is best.

I should note that at the time of this writing, the gif2png homepage at http://www.tuxedo.org is failing to resolve for me, so I used the ibiblio mirror for the SRC_URI.
