Ebuild which REQUIRE user interaction, such as doom3 or ut2004 should have an extra USE flag to bypass this interaction.

Nothing is so irritating as starting a emerge -uDv world or emerge -eDv world, coming back the following day, and seeing the emerge process has just been waiting for 8 hours for the user to "insert the DVD and press enter".

My suggestion is these prompts either have a timer (continue after 5 minutes) or have an extra USE flag added for these kinds of interaction (i.e. "hands-off" or "headless")
