equery 'depends' does not handle >= well.

For example it thinks that portage depends on python-2.3 (that is installed on my box as well as python-2.4) because it sees that portage DEPENDs on '>=python-2.3'.

> # equery depends python-2.3
> [ Searching for packages depending on python-2.3... ]
> sys-apps/portage-2.1.2_pre2-r6
> ...

Also, '<' and '>=' seems to be unrecognized.

> # equery depends '<dev-lang/python-2.4'
> [ Searching for packages depending on <dev-lang/python-2.4... ]
> # equery depends '>=dev-lang/python-2.4'
> [ Searching for packages depending on >=dev-lang/python-2.4... ]
