I don't understand what you mean by "stop mysql daemon". Does it segfault or what? Did you follow http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gcc-upgrading.xml ? You can't just be randomly compiling apps with 3.4 and then 4.1 and expect things to work... Plus we need some steps and code to reproduce the problem. I works with qt-4.1.4 from trolltech(no portage) and mysql-4.1.21 Unless you provide us with the application to reproduce the problem, there's nothing we could here. |
