First try at an ebuild for TC:E 0.49

This is the TC:E 0.48 ebuild, adapted for TC:E 0.49. There are a few caveats with this ebuild, though:

- the SRC_URI file, tcetest049.zip, contains binaries for all platforms, and they all get installed
- for some strange reason, the files get installed twice, once in $ET/tcetest and then in $ET/tcetest/tcetest

Obviously these issues need to be fixed and I don't know how, but hey, here's at least a little something for those who want 0.49 and want it now :)

Oh and BTW, AFAIK the license of TC:E is not GPL-2 as the 0.48 ebuild (and also my 0.49 ebuild, because I only changed SRC_URI) says - if I understand the blog posts correctly, it's closed source.
