...but there is already pt_PT (Portuguese Portugal) nativa language of openoffice.

If someone could add it I apreciate. Thanks

No there is not, at least there is no official langpack availabale and that is what we are using. See here:

That doesn't change anything, these are full install images not langpacks, like we use them. If you want langpacks for pt_PT please file a bug upstream. Unless there is an official langpack there is nothing we can do.
