Description Don Feliciano 2006-09-28 08:54:40 UTC
autofs-4.1.3-r7 segfaults while processing LDAP mountpoints. Appears to happen only on 64bit systems. It's a bug in autofs, fixed in autofs-4.1.4. Came to that discovery by reading: http://www.openldap.org/lists/openldap-bugs/200511/msg00165.html

I have tested 4.1.4 using the ebuild that comes with the autofs source, distributed by kernel.org. It resolves the issue. Note that the ebuild shipped with the autofs source has broken init script, and broken auto.net.
