app-arch/rar-3.5.1 require sys-libs/libstdc++-v3, but revdep-rebuild won't detect broken rar if sys-libs/libstdc++-v3 will be unmerged.

I suppose ebuild for rar should include file /etc/revdep-rebuild/XX-rar like:
SEARCH_DIRS="/opt/rar/bin/"

No, it's on purpose, revdep-rebuild can't fix anything about binary-only stuff.
