Hi!

In the french translation of the manual GCC Upgrading, there is a mistake that could lead users not to remove old gcc versions anymore. I know the translation is not up to date, but the guide is still used by many users and this bug could be a problem. I noticed it a few times on the french forums. GCC 4.1 is the stable version and people report errors compiling while having a 3.4 profile and the 4.1 version installed but unused (and it could be the same with gcc 4.0)

In the upgrading guide, the original english sentence is "It is safe to remove the older GCC version at this time."
The meaning is "It is WISE to remove..." (read it "You HAVE to remove...")
The actual french translation means "you MAY remove SAFELY...", a small difference that makes a lot.

I suggest to change the french text
"On peut désormais supprimer l'ancienne version de GCC sans le moindre risque."
to
"Il est maintenant prudent de supprimer l'ancienne version de GCC."

This phrase is repeated 3 times (in different chapters) in the guide with a slight difference, but the meaning is still the same and the translation is wrong. If the modification is done, be sure to apply it to the 3 locations.
