your local version is corrupt

i just fetched from original site and our main mirror and it works fine

Yep, deleting it and re-running the build fixed it. Thanks.

I just deleted that file, re-synced, and tried to build again and I got the same problem.

something is broken with your setup then

looks like 60451 bytes to me
