Description sfp-a7x 2006-09-23 12:04:36 UTC
net-misc/openssh-4.3_p2-r4 with USE="X509 ldap" results in an unclear warning:

"Sorry, x509 and smartcard/ldap don't get along"

The ebuild continues, so it can't be anything fatal... How don't they get along? Is either the ldap or the X509 use flag automatically turned off because they don't get along? Could I run into crashes or other hard-to-diagnose problems because are both turned on? A better explanation along with recommended action (and why the action is recommended) would be nice.

Thanks!
