With the canna useflag, it seems this package compiles. I think we'll need to do like whats in canna-zipcode, where we check and see if the canna useflag is set, if so, do run mkbindic. Or pull it in as a dependancy.

canna useflag removed from the package, this package makes sense only when used for canna after all.
