Bug 148685 – mozilla-firefox-1.5.0.7 selects wrong locale

When running Mozilla Firefox, it is started with a wrong locale, in my case arabic. Behavior started ocurring, since LINGUAS ist set.

Not a bug, it's the first locale in your LINGUAS that is supported, so it will get used.
