The bison ebuild installs a symlink to /usr/bin/yacc, causing the collision. Since bison is in our base package set, mutual blocking doesn't help, so either the yacc ebuild needs to be removed, its binary moved/renamed or the symlink within the bison ebuild not to be placed.
