Bug 148484 – x11-libs/gtk+-2.8.19: drag & drop not working at all

The bug is as simple as annoying: any gtk+ app is failing to do drag&drop.

That means, that I still can drag items and move them, but they can't be dropped anywhere. I already described the problem here:

As you can see there, I did not compile gtk+ with -O3 and also tried to use gcc-3.4 instead of gcc-4.1 (without success).
