The profile you are using is not supported, please choose a supported one from http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-upgrading.xml Also please have a look at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gcc-upgrading.xml#upgrade-3.3-to-3.4 and upgrade your gcc. Reopen to dupe this... fix_libtool_files.sh 3.4.5 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 73435 *** You mean upgrade my GCC from 3.4 to 4.1, right? (In reply to comment #4) > You mean upgrade my GCC from 3.4 to 4.1, right? > Do what jakub said if you do not want to change profile/gcc. Notice that you have an unsupported profile in your system: default-linux/amd64/2005.1 You might want to change your profile to 2006.1 and upgrade your system. Obviously, if you emerge -e world after upgrading gcc, the problem will wave. |
