Bugs that should be fixed before 2.0.29 is released should block this bug.

New things so far include:
* Better error message for when a tool is missing, ie javaws on some platforms.
* --tools for java-config-2. This prints location of tools.jar. A new eclass method will be made to link to the tools.jar. This is to help with things depending on com.sun.* that fail with JAVA_PKG_STRICT.
* multilib support for java-nsplugin

Just a reminder that we can drop the "2.4" from python dep when bumping the ebuild :)

Java-config was released and now 2.4 from dependency dropped.
