Please post a full emerge output, looks like something might be wrong much earlier than here. Also ant-core version installed is? I _was_ using ant-core 1.6.2-r5. However, I just upgraded to 1.6.5-r14 and the eclipse-ecj emerged flawlessly. If it's of any interest, I can try to recreate the error tomorrow. Right now, I need sleep. :) Probably no need to. ant-core 1.6.2-r5 will be gone when generation 2 java system is stabled (including 1.6.5-r14). And I couldn't reproduce it even with that ant-core version. You should be using -deep world updating to get latest versions of all the stuff mentioned for keywording in java update guide (that includes ant-core). I had the same error: BUILD FAILED /var/tmp/portage/eclipse-ecj-3.2/work/eclipse-ecj-3.2/compilejdtcore.xml:5 piler Adapter 'org.eclipse.jdt.core.JDTCompilerAdapter' can't be found. on eclipse-ecj build needed to rebuild ant-core (~1.6.2) and it worked (In reply to comment #4) > on eclipse-ecj build > needed to rebuild ant-core (~1.6.2) and it worked > Rebuild this obsolete version? Nobody should be using it nowadays. I've just removed it to force people to update. dev-java/eclipse-ecj-3.4-r3 failed to emerge |
