Don't restrict bugs without any reason, leave the checkboxes alone please. Also, kindly follow the ebuild instructions on upgrading from 0.9.7. Please reopen! This is not due to upgrading from openssl 0.9.7 to 0.9.8c This also happens when doing the rebuild of 0.9.8c due to the new SSE2 flag, and "revdep-rebuild --library=lib(ssl|crypto).so.0.9.7" will NOT help in that situation. Due to many systems being remote with SSH being the only way of accessing them, this is a major bug. Whether it's a dependency, or whether the ebuild needs to warn that one needs to rebuild everything regardless of ssl version is open to wrangling. This has zero in common w/ missing dependency. |
