New ebuild for dev version of xmame.  DO NOT ADD THIS EBUILD TO PORTAGE.  This
rc of xmame still has several issues upstream, I am only submitting the ebuild
because there were some changes to the build procedure for xmame, and if I drop
dead tomorrow, it would be nice if somebody didn't have to start from scratch.

This ebuild also fixes a potential bug in the ebuild script for detecting
gcc2.95 vs gcc3 systems.

I'm also still waiting on word from anybody on how the recent xmame ebuilds have
worked for PPC.  Also, I have no idea if xmame builds at all on Linux/Sparc or
Linux/Alpha, so some feedback on that would be nice.  I'm setting up a
Linux/MIPS system tonight, so I'll do testing on that myself.
