Hi Alexander,

Thanks for your bug report. The error you get comes from
blas not scilab. Could you please re-emerge blas-atlas and
try again. Make sure that you pick up the current stable
version blas-atlas-3.7.11.

Since there has been no response and this isn't a scilab
bug I'll close this one as invalid. Please re-open should this still
be an issue.

I had the same problem. "eselect set blas atlas" helped me.
