Apparently, distfiles have not been renamed. from .1. to .2006.

# emerge gnat-gpl

I symlinked the -3.4.6.1- file, but then there was also a .patch file missing.

Thanks for testing!
I actually reverted the SRC_URI back to .1 version, to avoid uploading exactly the same sources again. Please test and reopen the bug if there are any more problems (just give it 30 min to propagate to sync mirrors). Sorry about the slippage.

In fact the "new" version is exactly the same as 3.4.6.1, just renamed. This was a move in preparation for adding ASIS to the tree, which I did this weekend, just did not get to making an announcement yet (in #111340), so I went ahead with the discussed change of version. 
I still need to produce ASIS for gnat-gcc-4.1.1 though, but ASIS versions for gnat-gpl-3.4.6.2006 and gnat-gcc-3.4.6 are ready, so you can test them too. I'll do a short description of how ASIS is versioned in #111340.
