don't need to block 140707 unless this is a stablization request.  117482 already blocks 140707.

this should take care of it.  i can't test it though due to bug #121477.

Mobile team seems MIA. Anybody out there? x86 team, this is a stable ebuild on x86 and thecurrent portage ebuild actually doesn't even compile.
