gjiten-2.0.ebuild (New package)
I emerged this ebuild on my system. checking for pkg-config... yes checking for GNOME Platform... GNOME 2.x checking for pkg-config... (cached) /usr/bin/pkg-config checking for pkg-config... yes checking for libgnome-2.0 libgnomeui-2.0... Package libgnome-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgnome-2.0.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'libgnome-2.0' found configure: error: Library requirements (libgnome-2.0 libgnomeui-2.0) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them. make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. !!! ERROR: app-i18n/gjiten-2.0 failed. !!! Function src_compile, Line 29, Exitcode 2 !!! (no error message) Can you fix this? Here's an update for Gjiten2.1. It fixes a bug in gconfd. I've also changed the deps to be for gnome2 libs rather than gnome libs. StuBear Created attachment 12335 [details]
Ebuild for gjiten-2.1
I also suggest that it is put in app-dicts.
Is anything happening with this? StuBear I just commited this ebuild as unstable. Sorry for being late. I have a proposal. I think the ebuild should run a script making dictionaries at pkg_config(). What do you think? And can anyone implement this? I'm actually working on some ebuilds for several dictionaries that work with gjiten, personally I'd prefer to emerge/install only the doctionaries I want rather than a long list that I might never use. Comments?? I'll post back a link to the ebuilds for edict etc after I get them working. StuBear 2.1 is in CVS. Perhaps forgot to close? |
